HISENSE SELLING BROKEN PRODUCTS

I wish I came to Hellopeter first and checked the reviews for Hisense, then I would have NEVER bought anything from them. I bought an 18kg top loader washing machine. On it's first day it gave me problems. I reported this to Game and they emailed Hisense and they took forever to respond, I had to make calls myself to finally get a job number saying a technician will come from Bloemfontein to assess the washing machine. It's been a whole month and no one has come. I have wasted my time and my money calling them and they keep saying a technician will come , I don't know how many times I have sat at home and waited for a technician. I have reported this to Hisense but they have absolutely nothing about this..I regret buying anything from Hisense, at this point I just want my money back.
