Hisense Sales Jhb/Cpt

The worse experience I am having with Hisense sales in Jhb/CPT I ordered a washing machine pulsater on the 11th of November 2020, I am being promised that after I paid for the item it will take two working days to be prossesed, I waited a week ever since, I called multiple times and spoke to about 8 sales agents, and they kept telling me the item will be delivered, its now going on the third week and they still haven't delivered the item as yet, this is very frustrating I havent did washing eversince, I keep asking them to transfer the call to one of the mangers, and they are always in a meeting.

Ps: I strongly suggest not to purchase an Hisense product, if there's a problem you'll will probably wait maybe six months till you get your item
