Hisense SA - useless!

Absolutely disgusted by the service received from Hisense South Africa.

Bought a 58" TV unit 3months ago, which was clearly faulty... they then took over a week to send the most *********** technicians to evaluate the unit. The outcome of their first consult was unsuccessful.

The second time out, over a week later, they "found" a problem which would have been unmissable on their first consult... but conviently falls outside of the warranty for them. (Do not purchase their additional warranty ad on, the default offering is worth nothing already)

Their product is unreliable and service is tardy. Rather look elswhere if you are shopping for electronics this December.
