Hisense SA Sales Holdings

I ordered a part for my dishwasher and gave them the serial number, Model number and part no that i need for my dishwasher and after waiting almost 2 weeks for the part that they said was in stock I recived the wrong part. I have called all the numbers I have for them and even the number I used to order the part and cannot get hold of anybody. i dent a mail to the complaints department and still nobody is responding. They dont care about customer service as soon as you buy the product they dont want to help at all.
