Hisense *******

I want to express my disappointment with the Hisense service. Their customer ser ice number when I call says it is out of service. No one is responding to queries. I'm trying to add apps on my smart tv.. On the news recently they announced that they have partnered with VIDAA and SABC + for people to watch the Fifa World Cup for free. I don't know where the app is or where to download the apps. If they don't work on Saturdays, they must say so on their website.
