Hisense refrigerator

Very bad service. I bought a combi refrigerator August 2022, June 2023 it started tripping electricity and i called hisense customer service to report it, it took me a week to receive a technician to check it and it was fixed and they told me it will never give me a problem again, June 2024 i experienced the same problem again, i called again and they sent another technician and he said the problem is the compressors i had to wait for 2 weeks for them to come replace the compressors. Last week the fridge stopped cooling n is not freezing i called and the same technician came and said the compressors is dead again, this time I refused for the fridge to be fixed and requested a credit, then today I received a message saying completed repairs when I called they said is because the fridge was repaired multiple times so they escalated the matter for credit i must wait for 48 hours before they respond. This is bad because my food already are rotten
