Hisense products from takealot nonsense

I bought a front loader washing machine from takeaway within months gave me problems had a technician called out that was resolved. Bought a 20l microwave now that's also now not warming up food. I feel as if the misuse products bought via takealot are either faulty or second hand cause wow. You email them the respond to ur email after 3 days and that email is to buy time which means moredays without a microwave. Imagine going a day without a microwave it's a nightmare. My advance dnt buy hisense products via takealot. My TV is hisense. Sound bar, airfryer not bought from takealot and they have been working well and in good condition not brought from takealot.
