Hisense Prime 1 they dont have parts!!!!!!

I bought a Hisense Prime 1 cell phone in November 2014 at Edgars Cape Gate, Two weeks ago my phone fell and the screen (Digitizer) broke. I Phoned 04 May 2015 Hisense call centre +*** (Rusaan) I get told that the phone is discontinued and they do not even have parts for me the replace the screen, I get told to phone the Atlantis office *** and speak to Patsy (14h24). She promise to phone me back and took number everything as she will find out from the Technical department if they could source screen for me(never phoned) Today 14 May 2015 time 13h15 I phone again only to spoke to Mark who says he does not know what I must do as they do not have any screens available for the model and the model is discontinued. Why then have cellphones if you cant service them? Even if the line is discontinued then keep enough parts for the phones you sold. I am very disappointed and would like an alternative to the money I already spend on the discontinued phone. This is unacceptable can someone help me as I am stuck without a phone and without any back up service from Hisense. I cant throw this phone away I want my money back or a new phone!!!as this is not on.
