HISENSE POOR SERVICE

I have purchased a Hisense washing machine two years back, it has a four year warranty. In the two years the lid of the machine has broke twice, once in the first year and now in the second year. Hisense had sent someone out to assess the machine, thereafter, two days later I contacted Hisense customer service to get feedback about the repair. The person I spoke to told me that the parts for the lid has been ordered and the machine will be repaired within 7-14 days. The next day another company contracted to Hisense calls me and tells me I have to pay R1200 for the part. I contacted Hisense again and they told me the part is not covered under the warranty yet the customer service agent told me that the part has already been ordered and Hisense will repair the machine. I tried contacting Hisense to resolve the issue and they did not respond to my emails. I tried getting a recording of the call but was also unsuccessful. This is the second time I am getting poor service from Hisense. No matter how many times you try to contact them it seems that they do not care about their customers.
