Hisense poor quality washing machine

My pensioner mother purchased a Hisense washing machine from Ok Furnishers in Soshanguve and the machine has been problematic eversince, We Keep reporting the machine at the Store and they keep giving us excuses no service. My mother is a pensioner and she really needs the machine. We are so disappointed in the product as well as the service we have received related to this product .we even believe that she was given a faulty machine to begin with since the machine has been broken from the start.
