Hisense poor quality and service

Bought a Hisense side by side fridge in March, Ice maker worked for a week, was told to wait for level 3 to get a technician to look at it. 3 weeks ago technician arrived, seemed clueless about the problem had to tell him it was the pump. They stripped the ice maker and told they will be back next week with a pump. 3 weeks later no feedback. Very poor service from Hisense
