Hisense poor customer service

I have had an issue with my hisense fridge since november last year.

I informed hisense Customer care about it and since then there has been 5 technicians and still my fridge is not working. It has not even been one year since i purchased the fridge and is still under its warranty.

Such poor customer service as it takes weeks to get a response on email or via phone call.
