Hisense poor customer service

I bought a hisense 536L fridge at house and Home in September and in October it started defrosting and the water dispenser is leaking .reported the issue at the store and they reported the issue to Hisense and got a job number for the technician to come check it out.everyday when we call Hisense we are told they will attempt to come and check it out.
