HISENSE / PEP

I bought a Hisense U40 cellphone from Pep store in Malvern Durban on the 22/10/2020 its now 02/06/2021 and i have not been able to use the phone as i should as i have to keep taking it back to be repaired i cannot be without my phone for so many periods as i do work from my phone and i get the phone back from Vodacom Repairs which infact all they did was make it worse as screen lcd was replaced but no sound was coming from my fone be it a call / sms / whatsapp notification / music and videos and today at PEPs Malvern in Durban i had to wait before they logged it back in for repairs something seriously needs to be done about this its costing me more going back and forth than what the phone was actually worth
