Hisense pathetic aftersales service.

Bought a Hisense gas stove, properly installed with COC. Used it twice, after last use, switched off, ten minutes later the glass top shatters/explodes. Nobody or any pots near the top. One month later, after many complaints and Hisense technicians not arriving as told, Hisense now claims the glass tops are not covered. They are plain ******. Walking away from their product flaw. Use to buy only Hisense, but I recommend everyone to stay away from their products, as their excuses if something goes wrong is endless, just lies and more lies. From the moment we reported it, they kept stalling and avoiding responsibility. Hisense never again, be warned.
