Hisense Parts

I have given Hisense a 1 star only because there is no other choice.

I have Hisense Dishwasher and had to replace the baskets due to rusting in only a couple of years. Only to find four months later my dishwasher stopped working. It needs a replacement PC Board.

Hisense are not responding to cost of a board. I am now three weeks down the line since this occurred. I can t get a response and nor can the appliance electrician who wants to fix it but cant as he cant get the part. He said this is an ongoing problem with Hisense.

I now have no choice but to buy a new dishwasher. what a waste of buying new baskets. I will never buy Hisense again. Their after care and customer service is deplorable.
