Hisense or is it no sense- after sale repairs shocking

Bought a hi sense fridge and within 2 years had to replace the compressor that now makes a noise like an old man snoring and being told that is normal. Repairs outsourced to a bunch of unprofessional guys. Now fridge freezing and ruining everything but waited 2 months for them to repair and still not done. Service number not working and head office cuts you off....
