HISENSE OF BULL SHT

My wIFE BOUGHT a TV and it was fine but it has recently been going in for repairs and it was brought to my attention this is a known problem model and they know about it. they will repair it with the same problem part till they run out of parts and then only replace the model with another TV. NOW WHO IS YOUR FOOL. I want this TV REPLACED 55" MORESE EXPENSIVE TV and we have been sitting with out one for weeks now. i am told they have repaired it again. NIE *** clearly they dont understand english. this is the third time now. what i find surprising is that you cant speak with a person who can help you. NO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT you have to email them *** they know they not going to respond. SERVICE SUCKS!!
