HiSense nothing High about your service!
This review is directed at both Hisense as well as Game stores. We purchased a television from Game stores, Vincent Park East London November 2019, During the first two weeks of December a black line showed up across our television screen. We contacted HiSense who told us to make contact with their technician in East London which we did. It was discovered that this was a warranty claim for a manufacturing defect. We then took the tv into Game to swop it for another television we thought this wouldn't be difficult...... We were very wrong. Let me not go into the level of service received by Game we were kept waiting for over a hour in the shop, when we asked to speak to the manageress we were kept waiting without a response, we then went looking for the salesperson who was busy helping other customers, he then told us that she was too busy. The end result after all of the above was that Game had still to sort out our issue with HiSense. We then packed our television back into car and drove home. Today 4th January we once again start following up. We paid R4800 for our television, on Special at Game last year. HiSense will only refund us this original amount and not do a swap for the same television of theirs. This is I think because it has gone up to approx R7000.00 Why now should the onus be on the customer to come up with a few extra thousand to replace their television. It isn't our fault that the television was of a bad quality and failed within a year of us watching it. This has really left us feeling as unwanted and unappreciated customers. We have spent a huge amount of time on the phone and subsequently in Game, only for HiSense to come to this conclusion.
