HiSense= NoSense!

I made this big mistake of buying a HiSense Smart TV. There's nothing smart about this TV as it keeps on freezing. The technicians have been here to fix it, more than once, but the problem just won't go away (months later)!

I then called to have it reported for the 3rd or 4th time, and the technician can't even tell me at what time I should expect him, more than 7 days later!

I really wish I could take the TV back and buy a proper TV! What is the solution?
