HISENSE NONSENCE PART 2
Quick recap - bought and had the gas hob fitted in July 24, problem with the double burner reported in October 24, their techician left it soaking in rust remover and damaged it further. Their solution - uninstall it at my expense and send it back for a refund - seriously! They gave me hope that spare parts would be here end Decembr - they ****. I have now ordered the parts myself. My advice - don't buy Hisense!!!

31 Jan 2025, 10:30Which part are you "unclear" about? As far as a refund is concerned, it is not practical or financially feasible for me to uninstall the fitted gas hob and have another fitted when it is just one burner that is faulty and after 4 months waiting for you to replace 2 parts, I gave up. I have not heard from Thuli Ngema since 7 January. You are an international company with the head office in China - guess where I ordered the parts from - yes China!!!! Hi Jacky,Thank you for making contact with us.We are a bit unclear on the situation. We authorized a credit due to no stock availability; however, it seems that you have placed an order for spare parts on your side. Could you please clarify?Looking forward to your response.Regards,
