Hisense - Nonexistent customer care

I recently purchased a Laser TV/projector at a promotional pop-up store at Pavillion Shopping Center and paid a deposit. I've tried contacting the sales a agent to confirm sort out the balance of payment but no response. I've tried calling the Hisense customer care line but nobody answers. Their customer care seems non existent.
