Hisense none responsive

I bought a Hisence cell phone. I really like the phone. For some reason the phone will not charge any more. I went Game Krugersdorp who are very helpful and the follow up was really good, But Hisence, mobile phones, where ever they are hidden in SA, cant/wont/dont care about supplying Game Krugersdorp with a battery for me.
