Hisense non existant aftersales service

We received a portable aircon as a gift and was told that the aircon needed the hot air to be exhausted outside after some doing we found a longer pipe to do so. Now thinking that the unit would work to its full potential we find it actually never worked properly from the get go. Took it to Makro Ottery where the Hisense rep told us to take it to Hisense service centre in Milnerton due to the unit just falling out of the warranty period of a year. We travelled all the way to the service centre just to find out they dont know how to repair the unit and suggest we call the call centre. The call centre number just rings and the emails never get rep**** to. We have family too that tried for their own appliances that need spares etc with no luck. I doubt that Hisense will take this review seriously buy i urge customers not to buy Hisense products. Myself that works in the industry too would discourage any of my customers to not buy Hisense as their standards have dropped tremendously.
