Hisense No service what so ever.

I have been using Hisense appliances for over 10 years, first RMA now and its a disaster to say the least. sent first email on the 8th of February 2023, received Ticket : 903757 on the same day and that was it.

Sent another email on the 13th February, no response. Again the 16th of February, no response, again today, doubt I will get a response!
