Hisense new fridge 508l delivered to me already broken

Hi good day I'm from Cape Town bought a fridge from Teljoy a fridge 508l Hisense I received the fridge 21 December 2022 I bought meat chicken and groceries to the value of R4000 unfortunately the fridge did not work so I called teljoy to tell them that my brand new fridge is not working Hisense said they sending me a technician wich in still waiting for a month later 20 January 2023 the fridge was collected and I have a loan fridge since then still did not receive my fridge after foning 5 times and a month's payment and pro rata payment for December 2022 so I want to know teljoy told me on fone on recording they won't compensate me anything I heard nothing from Hisense till now so tell me if I'm the victim here because surely I feel manipulated
