HISENSE MULTI DOOR FRIDGE FREEZER

Bought a fancy Hisense multi door fridge/ freezer from Makro, Bloemfontein in November 2019. During the warranty period there was can inexplicable problem that was fixed by their Free State agent, Electrocorp. No paperwork done so not quite sure what the problem was. Now 3 months after the warranty expired the compressor gave in and has to be replaced. I have 2 old units in my house that are 20 years old and the compressors on these are still intact. Wrote to Hisense I think I have a better chance of getting a response from the government! I have instructed and paid Electrcorp R1650 to replace the compressor but I want to add my voice to the many voices thar are disappointed by Hisense and their total disregard for their customers. I score them 0 and will never but any of their products ever again and I will bad mouth them wherever I go. Firms like this who sell substandard products must be identified and their products boycotted.
