Hisense Mobile Durban pathetic service!

Bought 3 Hisense phones in September 2019.Had a issue with one of them after just 5 days.I was told that it had to go in for repairs.Then I was given the run around by there Kzn Manager Shaylin.I choose to get rid of the phone and never buying another Hisense product again due to the incompetence of there representatives here in Durban. I was promised a call from Hisense and almost 2 months later NO CALL NO APOLOGIES NOTHING!!!!! Most pathetic service ever!
