HiSense Microwave disappointing product and backup

Not going to waste any more time on this. Bought a microwave from a reputable dealer(Makro). I had to cut the plug to fit the unit. The glass fell out and smashed on the floor because it hadn't been glued before. I returned it - explained., Makro tried but HiSense said refer to the manual - the plug should not be removed. Last time I buy this brand - not the same quality as Defy who are local.
