Hisense makes no sense.

What a bad choice. I'd given minus stars if possible. Now into month 7 after reporting a fault on a brand new washing machine, the issue has still not been resolved. Almost zero call backs after I have e-mailed and called so many times. Constant broken promises and failure to arrive. And a multitude of excuses. If I don't continue to chase them then they will just close the issue without resolution (again).
