Hisense makes my blood cook

I dare even give a one star rating. My 49 inch led tv went black on one side. Sent it in and 6 weeks later the tv was dispatched to hisense from the people who assessed it. I have now been tvless since then and going on 5 months. My next step is the consumer council of sa to mediate and intervene. I have a vocabulary of swear words but cannot usse them here. Fed up disgruntled disappointed and seriously fuming out the ears.
