Hisense - Makers of poor quality dishwashers

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I purchased the dishwasher few years back. While it was still under warranty. I reported that the racks are getting rusty. The response I received is that the racks isn't covered under warranty.

If I knew this at the time of purchase I would haven't taken a hisense dishwasher.

Eventually the communication trail went quite.

From what I can see it's a common issue which hisense is turning a blind eye too.
