HISENSE LOVE FALSELY ADVERTISING

So after saving thousands of rands to buy a 4K TV, I finally got to that point on the 17th of December 2019. Prior to this, I researched like mad on different TV models and decided to get the 58" Hisense 4K TV. At the store, the salesman answered my questions and advised me that the TV has a game mode setting which is what I was looking for, I further confirmed this again by checking the website on the specs again, under technical details, it tells me of game mode for this specific TV. A little while later, once home with my expensive purchase, I started up the TV and at first was impressed. I then plugged my Xbox One S into the TV, keen to try out this game mode picture, only to have my Xbox tell me there is no function for this on the TV. I then search every single setting and cant find the game mode setting anywhere. So I pull out the manual and I find the game mode setting listed there, but its not on the TV where the manual is saying it should be, its nowhere to be found. So today I called Hisense as I didn't have time yesterday, the lady I speak to tells me there is a game mode for my specific model, puts me on hold for a good 20 odd minutes while she goes out onto the showroom floor to check on the same TV. She comes back, confused as she too could not find the setting. She then tells me that she will give me a ring back coz she wants to get hold of tech support. No problem. A while later she calls back, makes me write down a bunch of setting and then tells me this "replicates" game mode. This is not what I've asked or paid for. After some to and fro about Hisense advertising a game mode function in store, on the website and in the manual, all she can say at first is "I don't know why there isn't a game mode option" and then "I understand your frustration" and lastly "I don't know what to tell you". I am beyond furious. I have now wasted thousands of rands on a TV that is advertised as having game mode and now sitting with a TV that clearly does not. For someone who uses an Xbox daily for all viewing purposes and regular gaming, this is even more dissapointing and infuriating as I bought the TV specifically with game mode in mind, especially with the newer consoles to be release next year. So Hisense, how about collecting your falsely advertise TV, refunding me my hard earned money and fixing up my wall where I installed the wall mount for this specific TV???!!!
