Hisense Life Unimagined

<p>I have been trying to call a sales person with in Cape Town - All i get is a pre recorded voicemail that gives me office hours, and then also an office hour for friday closing at 14:00 yet no human contact. I call the Joburg office and i manage to actually speak to someone yet when put through to sales, i either get the now famous voicemail, or just an engaged tone. I am extremely disgruntled that a corportation this size feels like its run like a corner cafe. I eventually decide to try and go through the accesories department to try and get a sales person, when i tell the lady what my enquiry is she laughs and tells me im in the wrong department. Wow thats all ill say about so called customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>And here i still own Hisense products in my personal capacity.</p>
