Hisense LED TV worst warranty experience

<p>My Hisense 50" LED TV got exchaged for a 49" LED TV. After quering this, Takealot said Hisense does not manufacture 50" anymore so they exchanged it for a same spec smaller TV. I do not see how this is my problem, then fix my 50" or swop it out for a bigger TV. no I am forced to take a refund from takealot and go and buy a LG or Samsung TV. </p> <p>Poor service from Hisense. </p>
