Hisense Lacks Proper Quality Assurance For Their TVs

On the 6th of January I bought a Hisense 55Q7Q from Game Cresta. Out of the box I noticed a dot in the middle of the screen. Initially I thought it was a common dead or stuck pixel but upon closer inspection it appears to be debris inside the panel as it is always there regardless of what I'm watching.

On the 7th of January I raised the issue with Game Support but they have been horrible with even logging a service call

What quality assurance processes do you have in place because debris should not be getting into the panels

All issues resolved and got my replacement, thank you Hisense for the assist. The replacement panel also has a bit of debris in it but it's not as bad as the initial tv so I can live with it and not willing to go through the hassle of another warranty claim. However, your tv assemble quality assurance needs to be improved as there should not be any dirt, residue, or bugs in your panels
