Hisense lack of service

I've bought fridge in June 2021 from Makro and one of the fridge shelves got damaged which I need to replace, hard to believe that Hisense could not replace the Rack as they say the Fridge has been discontinued. But strange enough there is more of the same stock for sale in various shops. SO why would you still sell an item if you say the item has been discontinued and they don't carry stock of parts any longer. I believe THEN good business practice is to take the item from sales completely as They cannot service it any longer !!
