Hisense lack of after sales support

Purchase a Hisense washing machine in April. July the machine broke. Contacted Hisense immediately. It took 6 weeks to get any level of support. Only to be told I will be credited. It has taken 3 more weeks and I still haven't been credited.

Don't buy Hisense in South Africa if you are expecting any level of support when something goes wrong.
