Hisense is useless

I bought a washing machine then the following day I tried to use it that's when I found out the washing machine was broken from the inside I called the store and hisense.they send a guy to check it and the guy said I my self have broken the machine from the inside how I have no clue,how can ii buy a machine cash "3300"then decide to broke it how ?...i logged a complaint on the 4th till now ,Hisense please change the machine or give me my money back nxa
