Hisense is useless

My fridge is 14 months old and a part has been broken on my fridge for the last 6 months. i have been in contact with hisense SA for the last 6 months to get service out of them and to get anew part. but they dont come back to me or reply to my emails. they keep promising me that there team will be in touch with me but nothing. i paid R16000 for a fridge and they dont care. Hope some manager will sort his out. Will not support them again.
