Hisense is the worst ever!!

Hi sense is the worst of the worst from product to services on any day . . . Bought a 70' in November of 2020 and the tv is already in a bad condition, full of lines . . . Their technician came out and check everything and after a few days I received his email with job card and his entire follow up, and was told to make my way to the store to get another tv or get credit back to the same value. Arriving there a hisense agent winston baley of zewenwachgt store and a game a worker i presume whose a in customers service told me after I've showen the email and job card that there is nothing they can do and they have to apply for credit for something i have paid for and the technician had to explain the process to me, I told them that I had to get someone and paid them to transport me to the store only to find out that they don't have any solution for me . . . Not once did it cross their mind that they needed to atleast apologise for the inconvenience caused and made some effert to find out what's happening to get some kind of clearity . . . The sad part is clearly I was jst a sale to him and he couldn't care less what happens or in this case wasn't happening at all . . . Hisense + game zewenwachgt is by far my worst experience ever. If i wanted a bad quality tv which is very expensive also I might add I might as well have gone and buy one from the street than I knw what I'm getting. Hisense sucks!!!!
