Hisense is the worst!!!!! Avoid Hisense please!!!

Hisense you piece of nonsense!!!!!! In December 2023, I bought a Double Door Fridge/Freezer 508L from Hisense and 4 months later the fridge starting going on and off. The freezer would just go warm. This was on and off until we reached out to Hisense.

They sent us a technician who took hardly 5 minutes to check what was wrong and decided to blame it on a "Roach Infestation" after opening a sealed compartment and finding 4 dead roaches. Mind you, we do NOT have an Infestation.

What is wrong with our now 11 month old fridge?? Hisense does not want to take accountability. Save yourself a headache and stay away from Hisense please!!!

"Infestation- the presence of an unusually large number of insects or animals in a place, typically so as to cause damage or disease."

The picture has four dead small roaches. I do not have an Infestation in my house. Stop using that word so loosely. I want my refund or new fridge. Please!!!
