Hisense is selling us damaged goods

I bought a hisense chest freezer black Friday weekend. I only inboxed it last week Saturday. Upon unboxing there was a rattling sound okay fine. Them I also noticed two dents in the freezer fine I then switch it on and there was a terrible sound. I went to game vincent told them I want to return the freezer. Please keep in mind bought meat and everything and I am here not using the freezer because I am waiting for them to get back to me nothing I whatsapp them because they gave me a whatsapp number they ignore me point blank my husband called she says she saw the message she's just so busy but she will follow up and get back to me I am still waiting. Almost a week later no communication from Game. Don't ever buy appliances from game . I have seen so many complaints on all social media and my mother bought the exact same freezer unboxed it and there was a dent. She has been waiting 3 weeks now this us pathetic
