Hisense is a joke!!!

Make sure to never in your life even consider to purchase anything Hisense. My first Hisense purchase was a 50 inch smart TV, after about 2 years the ShowMax, YouTube and Netflix apps stopped working. They then send someone one out to simply update the software, with no success, then their story changed to the software cannot be updated as that TV is discontinued and that they don’t support any updates. Then my second Hisense TV started having the same issue, again they simply said that the software needs to be updated and send someone to come have a look at the TV and again with no success, then there story changed to they are still working on the software and 3 months later still no software update. Then my Hisense fridge freezer started frosting up the freezer compartment and not cooling the fridge compartment, they have now replaced some parts on it and 3 months later the fridge freezer is still not working.

One needs to phone and phone and phone and phone, and eventually when someone picks up the phone they will get back to you or they will get someone to get back at you. It is a joke of a company.
