Hisense is a big No No.

Purchased a hisense fridge just over a year ago with a 4 year guarantee. Fridge stopped working. Logged a call which was supposed to be attended to within 48 hours, only to have a technician come check it over a week later. Was told they busy and. Will have to order a compressor. Only just over a year and compressor fails.Was told to wait a further 5 days till fridge be picked up and taken away because of high volume of work. It's gone to the. 3rd week and still no response. Absolutely poor poor after sales service and poor poor quality of product. Very sad that people save up to buy a new product but still have issues which is not attended to professionally.
