Hisense Infinity H3 Faulty Battery

I bought my brother the Hisense Infinity H3 on the 04/04/2015 and after 9 months the battery has swollen so much that it does not fit into the phone anymore. This all happened in a matter of a week. The battery is now so swollen that we have put it away with the fear of explosion. We have visited multiple Hisense retailers and they all confirmed that they do not stock any batteries for this specific Hisense phone. <br> <br> I have emailed the head Hisense office in Cape Town twice, but I have yet to receive a response. I am more than willing to pay for a new battery, but thus far it has been impossible to find out where. The original adverti*****t for the phone promised long-lasting battery life and the seller at the retail store only had high praise for the phone. Now I have a phone (with a two year warranty of which I have only used 9 months) for which I cannot find a battery.<br>
