Hisense Incentive card not received

I was employed by Cell c call centre in Durban cbd. Hisense was one of our mobile phones that we were promised to receive incentive cards for selling hisense phones this was last year around May 2018 but till today I haven't received what has been owed to me. I have asked for help from cell c and hisense but being ignored. I worked hard for these incentives to be ignored by Hisense. I have tried several times to contact Hisense but not getting any help assisting with the query I have, I also contacted their customer service at ********** 3673 and was told to contact their reception area at ********** 999 but didn't receive any help. Cell c didn't receive my incentive card but I received an email from Hisense to inform me that my card is ready in july 2018 but till today Hisense cant give me straight answers. I want my money and im not backing down till I receive what is owed to me.
