HISENSE HORRIBLE SERVICE , T5 PHONE

I WILL NEVER BUY A HISENSE PRODUCT AGAIN! hisense T5 phone speaker is not audible , phone freezes when opening applications , screen blanks out randomly , battery depletes in less than an hour and i bought this phone on the 17th of February 2018!!!! I know my consumer rights , this product is beyond faulty and there have been so many reviews about it where people have the exact same problem as mine. Hisense needs to either take this nonsense phone back and reimburse me or give me another that actually works. they have done absolutely noting but refer me back to the store where i bought it , that was over 30 days ago of course they wont take it back !! i will fight tooth and nail , even take the matter to court if need be because the product does not work , and the company has taken no measures to remedy the problem. i refuse to let R 2000 go down the drain just like that , i refuse to take money out of my pocket to have this phone fixed.
