Hisense Horrible after service

I purchased a D/D fridge in 31/07/2022 . Fridge started acting up Jan 2023 Sent a complaint May 2023 after months of emails and call to Hisense they finally sent a techinician out 11/12/2023. Wiring issue found manufacturers fault. Im supposed to be issued with a credit note to the Online company i purchased from. Hisense has still not sent the credit note or collected the fridge. I am fed up now. I want my refund so that I can purchase a more reliable brand with better after service. I want this issue resolved today or im taking my complaint to the CGSO
