HISENSE HORRIBLE AFTER SERVICE

I bought a Hisense washing machine from Game Zevenwacht, the machine became faulty and after numerous call outs their service agents have not managed to solve the issue which means I have to log a call every time. its an absolute nightmare. The service agent took my machine in for repair and when they brought it the front paw was broken, meaning the machine is off balance, they came to fix it but had the wrong part but they mark the call out as completed. Now I have to log another call for the same issue, I am so frustrated I will never ever buy any Hisense product again. their after service is absolutely horrible. You are put on hold for long periods of time and don't call you back when you request them to. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
